You could listen to it for hours.
Music, it has meaning.

It is something you can turn to when you need it.
You can play it.
You concentrate on it and on it only.
You could pour your heart into it.
When you play it and listen to it you get away from life.
You get away from all of your struggles.
It takes you to your happy place.
It will always be there for you unlike anything else.
You can express your feelings.
You can express your thoughts.
It is one of the best things in this world.

Examples:
Play first 4 measures of a song without stopping
Play 10 G's in a row without squeaking/cracking a note
Hold a note for 10 seconds
Play your favorite song 5 times loudly and 5 times quietly
Figure out a song from the radio on your instrument
Slow and steady wins the race!

Have that one section of a song that just seems impossible?? Play it as slow as you can and speed it up a little at a time.

Don't overwhelm yourself by trying to practice everything at once! Pick one small section to work on at a time, and eventually they'll all come together!
